THE FIRST
SPARK.
Season 1 brought people together around local talent and a shared love of the city. A beginning worth building on.
One city. One shared purpose.
A drug-free Aurangabad.
“Nasha Chodenge, Maidan Me Utrenge” is the motto at the heart of IJ FEST: leave drugs behind and step onto the playing field. This event brings our city together around sport, food and culture, with a shared commitment to a healthier, drug-free future.
From the cricket pitch and football ground to the food stalls and activity stage, every part of the festival is a place to connect, participate and belong. The celebration brings us together. A drug-free city is the purpose behind it.
A different reason to stay a little longer. A proposed activity calendar for the 50 × 50 ft stage, built around local talent, family participation and a manageable daily setup.
Keep the physical setup consistent, then change the programme. Two planned changeovers each night give performers time to reset and visitors time to enjoy the food stalls.
Which themes do we keep? Who can we source locally? What can we spend on the acoustic and poetry evenings? Confirm those anchors first, then fill the lighter nights and attach the actual dates.

The food festival joined the tournaments. Local businesses, families and partners made the celebration bigger.
61 stalls. Cricket and football. A rear fairground concept, stage activities and a Mushaira. Dates and the final programme will be announced by the team.
